NM PED Licensure will no longer accept or process fingerprint cards for background clearance. All backgrounds for licensure must be processed by 3M Cogent

ALL LICENSURE APPLICANTS RESIDING NM MUST BE PRINTED USING THE NEW LIVE SCAN SYSTEM

ONLY OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS MAY REQUEST A FINGERPRINT PACKET BY EMAILING: ethics@state.nm.us .
