The State of New Mexico’s Public Education Department (the Agency) is requesting proposals for Math and Science Partnerships (MSP) Grants from institutions of higher education, school districts and nonprofit organizations.

The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to select an offeror(s) who will provide professional development:

  • for New Mexico mathematics teachers from grades 5 through 12;
  • in high needs schools/districts;
  • in partnership with mathematics faculty from colleges of arts and sciences at New Mexico institutions of higher education; and
  • with joint responsibility with the high needs schools/districts and the higher education mathematics faculty for improving mathematics instruction.
