District Data
In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) at 34 CFR § 300.602(b)(1)(A), the State must annually report to the public on the performance of each school district located in the State on the targets in the State's performance plan as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days following the State's submission of its annual performance report. The reports are listed by district and include the district's progress or slippage in meeting the targets, for each applicable indicator.
It is important to note that in accordance with the IDEA at 34 CFR § 300.602(b)(3), States are not allowed to report to the public any information on performance that would result in the disclosure of personally identifiable information about individual children, or where the available data are insufficient to yield statistically reliable information.

The IDEA at 34 CFR 300.160(f) requires States to report assessment data, for participation rates of students with disabilities and the proficiency rates of students with disabilities at the State, district and/or school level:
