If the North Central Association (NCA) has a requirement that to be accredited the school must have an administrator who holds a master’s degree and a state administrative license, the school would be in jeopardy of losing its accreditation and, therefore, its funding for instructional materials. Your school does have to be accredited to receive this funding.
You would need to check with NCA regarding what it requires in terms of the principal’s qualifications and any potential for provisional accreditation. Schools under provisional accreditation are allowed to receive funding for instructional materials.
