The PED doesn’t maintain a list of year-round schools for the state. Statutorily, the PED collects district calendars and organization information only.
With the passage of HB 691 PUBLIC SCHOOL YEAR & LENGTH OF DAY in 2009, we may begin to collect this data in the 2010-2011 school year. If you would like to view this bill, click here.
