Section 616 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires that the State shall report annually to the public on the performance of each Local Educational Agency (school district) located in the State on the targets in the State Performance Plan (SPP). The State must report current Section 618 IDEA SPP INDICATOR data on every Local Education Agency program every year.
