Also, for the National Art Education Association convention display, please return one student 2-D artwork, on any light-weight material, no larger than 12"x 9", using the following the directions below by February 1st, 2012 to the address below.

• Download the form and the logo from the links on this page
• Label the reverse side of ALL artwork with the art teacher name & phone number, school name, school address, & grade level (K-12) of the one student.
  
• YAM FLAG artwork must have a theme about our state, NM & have this logo incorporated.
  
• The completed, attached YAM FLAG designer form must be attached to the one FLAG entry you send.
